Lynn Klicker Uthe opened her office in May 1992. Since that time she has practiced primarily in the fields of corporate, employment, family, and criminal law. Her firm, Lynn Klicker Uthe, Ltd. provides services encompassing small business issues, criminal matters, and all issues pertaining to divorce, separation, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property distribution.
Lynn received her Juris Doctorate in 1992 from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to graduation, Lynn was selected to be a participant in the 1991 National Moot Court Competition and was the winner of the 1991 Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court Competition. Lynns article, The Best Interests of Indian Children in Minnesota, was published in the American Indian Law Review, Volume XVII, No. 1, Page 237. Lynn is a 1997 graduate of Gerry L. Spences Trial Lawyers College. She continues her education with the Trial Lawyers College.
Lynn is a 1976 graduate of Billings Senior High School in Billings, Montana. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 in music and economics from the University of Minnesota.
Lynn resides with her husband and two children, in the northwestern suburbs of Minneapolis.
Susan Cragg received her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude in 1998 from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. While at William Mitchell, Susan distinguished herself through her studies in the area of employment law and received an award for excellence in employment discrimination law from the labor and employment section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Susan is a 1983 graduate of Minnetonka High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in criminology and psychology from the University of Minnesota in 1988. While at the University of Minnesota and after graduation, Susan did extensive work for and with adults with disabilities. Susan resides in Minnetonka, Minnesota with her family. She is a qualified ADR neutral (Alternative Dispute Resolution), and has been a member of the Wayzata Yacht Club since 1991.
